Carnival Edition
Every chapter has taken a shape. This one takes the carnival: colour through the hall, masquerade on the floor, brass in the band, and a room that looks like it came to be part of the night rather than to watch it.
The awards sit in the middle of the evening rather than at the end of it. We call the names, read the citations and hand over the plaques, and the room stays standing afterwards because there is still a concert to get through.
The evening is hosted by DJ Sheaflickz, who takes the mic from the first act and closes the room on the decks.
